Caithness Citizens Advice Bureau offers a free confidential service to members of the public on many issues, e.g benefits, employment, debt, Housing etc. There are offices in Wick & Thurso managed by a small staff but supported by a team of dedicated volunteers. However, Citizens Advice are always looking to recruit new volunteer Advisors. Volunteers receive extensive training and ongoing support.
