As we move into the summer season, many voluntary organisations in Caithness rely on volunteers to help deliver services and keep the doors open to the public. There are museums throughout Caithness looking to recruit new volunteers. For example: Wick Heritage Centre, Dunbeath Heritage Trust, Mary Anne’s cottage Dunnet, Castlehill Heritage centre Castletown. Clan Gunn society & Laidhay Museum. All of these valuable organisations provide a wealth of information and displays for locals and tourists. Can you offer an hour or two to keep the doors open during the summer season.?
